Verification notes

ConsentCheck Bot currently uses a dedicated single-IP egress path rather than rotating proxy infrastructure.
Cloudflare reverse-DNS review should validate both the PTR hostname and the forward lookup back to the same IP.
Any future address changes should be published here before they are used for production crawl traffic.
